Question 1

How do I find a meeting time across time zones?

Accepted Answer

Add each person with their city and working hours. The timeline shows every person’s local time in half-hour steps, one row each, and the green slots in the Everyone row are when all of them are working. If there are none, the tool suggests the hours when nobody is in the night, or the least inconvenient hour.

Question 2

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Times come from the time zone database built into your browser, and you choose the exact day, so a meeting next month uses the clock rules for next month. When a person’s clocks change within a few days of the chosen date, a warning appears.

Question 3

Do I need an account, and is my team saved anywhere?

Accepted Answer

No account. Your team is kept in this browser and in the page address after the #. That part of an address is never sent to a server, so we never receive the names or cities you type.

Question 4

How do I share the plan with my team?

Accepted Answer

Press “Copy link to this plan” and paste it into a chat. Anyone who opens it sees the same people, day and chosen time. The link contains the names and cities you typed, so only share it with people you are happy to show them to.

Question 5

Can I add the meeting to my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick a time, give the meeting a name and a length, and choose Download invite. You get a standard .ics file that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook can open. The start is stored as one exact moment, so each person sees it in their own time zone, including after clocks change.

Question 6

What does early or late mean?

Accepted Answer

It is the two hours before and after a person’s working hours. It is a time that is possible but not pleasant, such as 7 am or 7 pm. The tool prefers working hours, then early or late, and avoids the night.

Question 7

My city is not in the list.

Accepted Answer

The list holds about 150 well-known cities. If yours is missing, add a larger city in the same time zone, or type the zone name, such as Europe/Paris or America/Argentina/Cordoba.
